The building of European Parliament - not quite a “traditional” view of it.
The photo was shot from afar - from the top of Strasbourg Cathedral (Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg).
The lighting conditions were not the best, though.
The Parliament's buildings are located in the Quartier Européen (European Quarter) of the city. The Strasbourg seat is seen as a symbol of reconciliation between France and Germany, the Strasbourg region having been fought over by the two countries in the past.

Hi Elena, very good view of these interesting buildings of the European Parliament, very well captured with a great pov in this great and beautiful photography.
