Musée Unterlingen (anciennement un couvent) à Colmar. Au milieu du XIXe siècle, le couvent devint un musée. Il est aujourd’hui l’un des musées français les plus réputés grâce au chef d’œuvre de Mathias Grünewald, le retable d’Issenheim (XVIe siècle).

Unterlingen museum (formerly a convent) in Colmar. In the middle of the 19th century, the convent became a museum. It is today one of the most famous french museums through the masterpiece of Mathias Grünewald, the Issenheim altarpiece (16th century).
