Photographer’s Note

Souvenir of the late winter in the Limousin. 200ISO Fuji Superia negative film. Postprocessed in Picasa2. Brightened highlights and darkened shadows, converted to B&W, then re-enabled colour in a feathered central zone.There has been some discussion as to whether this last move is within TrekEarth ToS. If it is not, I'll replace the image with a B&W version. Who is the arbitrator?

Muito boa foto para começar.
Coloque a câmera que usa (introdução)!

Visite sempre os membros para dar uma crítica principalmente nos que estão sem ou pouca, tem muita foto boa sem nota.
Coloquem sempre mais de 4 linhas em NOTAS. Isso habilita os membros dar o USEFUL (Pontos) Há possibilidade de colocar em 2 línguas, quando for fazer upload coloque em sua língua no canto direito!

Very interesting photo Mike, I like the black & white/color combination. It seems to add some mystery, or eerie mood to these trees I think. Reminds me of Mirkwood in Tolkien's books. I've heard of Picasa2 but don't know too much about it. Well done photo.

There is too much post processing in this picture with a very high contrast.
You can have a look to the third paragraph of the Trekearth's TOS.
