The Cathedral of Tours (Cathédrale Saint-Gatien), dedicated to its first bishop Saint Gatien, was begun about 1170 but the work proceeded at a leisurely pace over the centuries until 1547.
The lowermost stages of the towers on the west front (shown in the picture) belong to the 12th century, while the rest of the west end is in the profusely detailed Flamboyant Gothic of the 15th century (these towers were being constructed at the same time as, for example, Château de Chenonceau). This main facade is also distinguished by three ornate doorways into the main body of the church.

Technical notes

By night the cathedral exhibits all its height and impressiveness, thanks to a colourful and effective floodlighting. No postprocessing here, apart from a little bit of sharpness and a white balance correction (4500K temperature), based on my personal memory.
