Photographer's Note

Whilst in Loches I caught sight of this fascinating mural on the side of a house.
It is so life-like and what is even more amazing is that the window design is exactly the same as the windows either side of the mural and has been placed inside the frame to make it look as though the violinist is really looking out of one of the three windows on the building.
Loches plays an important part in French history and it is integral to the Joan of Arc history.
