From the terrace of the chateau in Loches you get a good view over old Loches roof tops and across the Indre valley. The forest beside the river was just coming into leaf.

I've never been to this area at all. Your photo has a sleepy sort of atmosphere, and conjures up nicely the slightly hazy sunshine of Spring. Very rustic looking except for the factory or power station or whatever it is. I love those massed trees beyond the slate roofs, probably in bud. Looks like some birds and their nests in amongst them. I wonder if the river is between the houses and the trees. Anyway, nice work with very natural colour.

a beautiful view of the roofs and the country around, a very beautiful pov indeed

Wonderful town, forrest and horizon scape.
Looking at the various tiled roofs; I am never going to worry about mine anymore.
Very nice capture, mate.
