Bit of love way Photo

Photographer’s Note

The way of the Bit of Love is in tje bank of the Canal of Orleans.
I am located near the castle.
The cold is dry and the temperature is close to -2° C and I profit to traverse a few kilometers to the ponds.
As soon as it is possible for me I will continue to follow this course to the town of Montargis where the canal joined the Loing Canal then finally the river Seine.

Hi Didí,

Very nice photo, perfectly sharp, with good composition, colors, and contrast.

And yes, as today summer is starting in the southern hemisphere, one can feel the cool weather that you talk about!

This is a pleasant, peaceful view, with the canal leading us nicely through the scene. I like the effect of the frost and the semi-frozen surface, also the long shadows. A lovely view.

Hola Didi.
This is a nice scene, there are some autumn leaves despite that today the winter season began.
The composition is very good, the canal give your picture a tremendous depth effect, the reflection of the sky help to see it at the very end. Good POV. Very good colours and lighting.

Tu vas bientôt pouvoir faire du patin sur le canal d'orleans... Quoique le temps a l'air de se radoucir.
Beau soleil pour la lumière, temps sec pour la netteté et couleurs de saison.
belle ballade au bord de l'eau..

bonsoir didi ou plutot bonne nuit
il fait froid rien qu'a regarder la photo, on dirait que l'eau commence a gelé je me trompe, le chemin nous mene bien juste au bout du canal

Didi, c'est un beau paysage d'hiver avec la glace et les herbes gelées. J'aime la composition qui nous montre une courbe du canal. La lumière rasante donne du relief à tout le paysage. Beau travail !

Bonjour Didi,
Un joli nom pour un joli endroit. Il existe des endroits sympathiques à 40 km environ d'Orléans !
J'aime beaucoup le petit chemin qui suit avec élégance le canal d'Orléans.
Une très jolie composition avec ce givre qui étreint eau et herbe, le tout sur un beau ciel bleu.

I like the relaxing atmosphere of your photo. The composition is good, showing us the curves of the canal with nice contrasts between the two sides of the canal. Light and Colours are also very good.

I love these kind of days; still, sunny and frosty; they feel so healthy. Well composed shot looking down the canal; plenty of lead-in lines to carry the eye right to the end.

Nice shot of this canal Said. Good depth and use of the natural curve of the canal. The cold weather reflected in the frosty grass and maybe even a thin layer of ice at the canal. Fine landscape.

Je tiens tout d'abord à te féliciter pour ton "score" du jour... il fallait le faire! Et dès demain tu rejoindra le très select "Club des 10K+" de TE. Un grand BRAVO!
Cette photo m'avait échappée et j'en profite donc pour y revenir en ce premier jour de l'année. Une belle compo avec le canal et le chemin qui serpentent de concert. La lumière rasante fait particulièrement bien ressortir les détails de la végétation.
