...Still during the week-end with Didi, We went for a walk in the famous Bourges'swamp. It's a very plaisant place where nice people grow vegetables as you can see. That's why i propose you this evening the real vegetable soup receipe from my mother:
1/2 of potatoes.
1/4 of leek.
1/4 of carrots.
Salt, pepper and cream
Peel,wash and cut vegetables into little cubes.
Add water about 2/3 of vegetables volume.
Let it cook 20 min after the valve begins to turn.
When ready, mix the préparation, add salt and peper, it's ready.
You just have to add alittle bit of cream to get it colder in your plate.
Enjoy!

What a neat shot! I love all the different lines and shapes. The way the small plots go in different directions, the light and shadow, the small round decoration with spokes and the watering can. Lovely light and color and the earth looks so wonderfully rich and dark. Thanks for the soup recipe, too. Now I am hungry. :)) Merci and warm regards,

c'est bien vu et genereusement choisi. J'aime bien ce motif avec des ustensils d'irrigation. Ca me rappelle ma riviere preferee de Pek ou je fait desfois des longs foto-safaris. Tres content de t'avoir revue.

Bonjour chère Claude
Une recette excellente a tester, mais sans la crème pour moi.
Je note ici un bon contre-jour qui rend la verdure translucide par la lumière incidente.
Une bonne image à part les plaquetted blanches, mais tu n'y pouvais rien.

C'est bien vert chez vous!. Jolie lumière. j'aime bien la roue à eau. peut-être un petit manque de netteté?.
