Photographer’s Note

In 1506, the north tower of Bourges' cathedral fell down. It took 30 years to built a new one with money contributors gave to dispense them from fasting (explaining its name)At the top of this tower, you can guess the bird which is not here a cock as usual but a pelican which symbolize the Christ as he is kown to die to feed his children.
