Very nicely done, and very creative. You have taken this magnificent interior and turned it into a precious jewel, ready to be set in a ring or necklace and it makes the most precious jewel imaginable. You have handled the light perfectly and brought out the most amazing detail in the stained glass windows. Inspirational shot, thanks for sharing.

Hello Gyorgy - an incredible image and here I agree with Noel wholeheartedly. The oval presentation and your processing gives this shot the appearance of a faceted gem. I love the way the shot tricks the eye too; the apex of the roof alternately advances and recedes. A special shot which I like very much.
Have a good week

hats off Gyorgy for having drawn an oval frame for this wide angle ceilling cathedral.
Good job with HDR to reduce the light contrasts and get details everywhere

Wonderfully creative concept here, Gyorgy. Not sure I've seen a crop like this on a fisheye, even though now that I have it's incredibly intuitive. The scene shapes itself perfectly to the oval frame, and the choice of muted HDR is a good one here, creating almost the look of a painted Easter Egg. Thanks!

This is of course not the interior of the Cathedral of Bourges. And I don’t mean this is the way Magritte’s “Ceci n’est pas une pipe” but you used the image of this interior to create a new original artwork like a jewel, using the possibilities of your lens excellently.
