Magnificent stained glasses
Light, colours, emotion: three registers on which the stained glass continues, even today, to unwind its range, alternately grave, deaf, pointed, twinkling, dissonant even sometimes. With more than 300 stained glasses listed this day, and so many expressions and colours, the palette of the region Centres does not have of what to turn pale! To enjoy well the colours of the light, the stained glass has its requirements: tilt the head behind and raise eyes, as a metaphor of the overtaking. This art and this attractive practice thus remains to discover, but which their affection with perpetual house makes very often difficult of access and apprehension.

Oh un revenant, bonjour Philippe !
C'est beau et colore cette photo, et pour une prise a main levee c'est superbement net, viser un poil plus haut aurait permis de ne pas couper les arches. Il devait faire agreablement frais entoure de tous ces vieux murs epais !

Bonjour Philippe.
Bienvenue après quelques jours de vacances je suppose. Une belle rosace dans un lieu mythique.
L'image est belle grace à très bonne capture de la lumière qui laisse voir aussi l'architecture intérieure sans bruler le vitrail.

Indeed this is magnificent. i get a very powerful emotion by just looking at architectural design of the building... man is really great have built this kind of edifice. thank you for a great photo.

A wonderful capture of those stained glasses! The colours are really beautiful and I like this composition in which the windows at the left and right hand side also are visible. Wonderfully done!

Bonjour Philippe,
impressionnant vitrail par sa taille, un travail verrier exceptionnel. Il aurait fallu pouvoir faire un panoramique des trois surfaces :-).
Magnifiques couleurs et excellent règlage de l'exposition, les motifs étant petits sur la photo , il fallait bien respecter une exposition parfaite sous peine de perdre les détails.

Ce vitrail semble en tout cas impressionant et la couleurs aussi bien sur les vitraux que sur les murs sont impeccables. Bravo!

Joyeusement pour se remémorer vous, après de longues vacances la période.
De nouveau de votre favoriten, le verre dans le plomb. Aussi, le plafond est joli Philippe. Peut-être un peu obscurité mais, magnifiquement pour regarder.

Heureux de revoir vos photos. Ici encore un joli vitrail et c'est vrai que ses couleurs égayent le paysage, surtout lorsque la lumière est filtrée par les vitraux. En hiver, est-ce vraiment la même chose ? Et puis, j'ai lu quelquepart que les murs autrefois étaient peints de couleurs vives. Lorsque les murs ont perdu toute trâce de peinture, que reste-t-il à part les peintures et les vitraux...

Bienvenu de retour Philippe, ca fait déjà un petit temps qu'on t'as plus vu. Bien fait ta prise; c'est une architecture impressionante. J'en ai essayé aussi et je peux te dire que c'est pas évident, surtout sans trépied. Mais tu as bien réussi ici. bien fait et A+

Welcome back, Philippe! Great shot of this wonderful colored glasses. Excellent light balance which is not easy in this conditions (at least I have alway dificulties with church wondows from inside :)

An impressive church interior, Philippe. The wider-than-usual angle gives a good sense of the vastness of the interior space, and the daylight enhancing the artistic stained-glass paintwork yields a beautiful atmosphere. Well captured.

Hi Philippe,
A stunning composition of the stained glass and church interior. The large format really suits the theme and helps convey the huge dimensions of the interior, while placing the glass areas in proper perspective. Good lighting, exposure and clarity allows us to see all of the fine details of both the glass and the stonework. Very well captured. This is first class work.

La prise de vue légèrement en biais donne une impression de vertige exactement comme on lève la tête.
Le fait d'avoir un viseur orientable ça aide beaucoup.

Vitrail impressionnant, le format carré de la photo accentuant encore l'impression d'espace. L'exposition est parfaitement gérée ne laissant apparaître aucune surexposition dans les vitraux. J'adore le détail du reflet des vitraux sur les colonnes. J'ai "bu" ta note au sujet des vitraux gothiques : Passionnant.

Impressionnant, ce vitrail est immense. Superbe capture, meme si le cadrage d'une telle scene ne doit pas etre evident. Assez de lumiere pour decouvrir cette belle architecture, et pas trop pour ne pas etre sur expo.

encore une superbe image haute en couleur, dommage que tu aies couper le haut d'l'arche, mais c'est vraiment très net, tu utilises un pied je suppose pour tes photos intérieures d'église?
