épinoche is the name from a little fish, but this one is a little boat
it must be very plaisant to sail on the french canals; you cann go from north to south and from est by west, but you haven't to be hurry.
a good choice is to take a bike or moto to walk around the canal like this couple who seems to have nice hollydays; we were at Rogny and they are sailling to the south
(a colored frame with the same colors as the boat... not 100% with the TOS but not 100% out I hope!)

When I see this scene, I wonder : is it the same feeling riding down the canal in France like this and compare it to Mekong River in IndoChina? What would be on the mind of the person if it can be in 2 different places at the same time and compare the feeling?
Affluent vs poverty societies?
Any other factors?
Somehow you photo is able to stir this kind of imaginary thoughts in my mind. So your capture here must work extra well!
