Photographer’s Note
This was taken in Flavigny-sur-Ozerain in Burgundy. This very old medieval village was where the filming of 'Chocolat' took place. I still don't know who carved this statue or the history behind it, but it fascinated us regardless.

I loved the village in "Chocolat"!! I thought it was beautiful. I can see why this statue fascinated you, it is great isn't it! I love all the texture around the "frame" and the light tones. Very nice!
