[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I like Finland very much, and like to vizit all those small tidy towns near Russian-Finnish border: Lappeenranta, Hamina, Imatra, Savonlinna, Kotka and so on. After all, it's a 2 hours drive from Saint-Petersburg, + some time waiting at the border.
So, I vizited Lappeenranta, and parked my car on the parking in the center and went to walk a little and - what I saw when was back? Parking fee at the windscreen, which cost me 35 Euro. It's not that big money, but in Russia penalty for improper parking is about 50 Roubles, that mean 1 Euro and 20 cents.
So difference is stunning. And that time I left Lappeenranta with mixed feelings. My fault, but still mixed. :)
By the way: government wants to raise penalties for improper parking, and make it about 1 000 roubles, if I remeber rightly. So it'll be those damned 35 Euros too.

Hmmm you said yourself that Finnish towns are tidy. And why do you think that is? You do something wrong, and you pay 35 Euros :-) If the fine was 1 Euro and 20 cents, Finnish towns would be untidy. :-) Regarding the shot, colors are quite nice, but it's a bit blurry and perhaps compo could be improved. In my humble opinion you did not really need those 2 cars in the background, and the black one (if it's supposed to be dominant object) could be moved slightly to the left. Also, verticals are not quite vertical, but that could be corrected with CS2. But I give you 2 points for the funny note :-) Cheers - Vilius
