Evening time and the last big up hill, the dogs needed help going up and I was already tired from the long day. The light was magnificent and a look back revealed this view, what an opportunity to take a break!

Hi Mate,
I think this one deserves more praise than it has received.Lovely composition with the tree used to soften the sun and avoid glare.The colour and texture of the trees very special and your use of them to create a window just perfect.Proof to Ali that you weren't just having a rest as we came up that steep hill!!

Dear Shir ... this is so absolutely beautiful, you can almost feel the bitter cold coming into my office ... my father-in-law is a painter/architect and he has done many paintings (aquarelles) from Finland while on vacation there. So this reminds me of his paintings a lot. You two share a similar language. All the best from Zurich, Barbara.
