Notes would be nice/helpful/necessary.
The picture is soft, lacking a defining focus. The colors are interesting but don't quite make the cut in terms of a, interesting sunset.
Perhaps focusing either on the waterplants below or then on the reflection would have helped make this a more interesting photo. And even beyond, the size of the picture is not quite there yet...
There is however an interesting thought behind, yet it could have been developped into a stronger image.
