Maple leafs on trees and on the path. This autumn was quite colourful and sunny but now those days are already gone.

Hello Kari! Oh yes, I like this "dead leaves" sound under my feet and the smell of earth, all so much fall, such a great season, almost over now ... it has snowed a little in Zurich over lunch time and everybody was in a state of shock although the forecast said something about snow but who wants to believe that :))) Lovely photo, it takes me on a little "virtual" hike ... It's amazing how the fallen leaves are all stacked up at the sides. The autumn colours are lovely but I don't much like the blue sign which is drawing my eye. I can see though, that if you had moved forward to avoid it you would have missed out the best tree.
Autumn hasn't been so great here in N England.

Hi Kari,
Nice balance between the almost transluscent leaves on the trees and the carpet of crunch below. I can almost feel my feet swishing through those leaves. This is really my first autumn to crunch through fallen leaves.

Hei Kari,
You obviously had more sun in Tampere than we here in Espoo in this autumn. The photo is a nice remembrance of the bright colours, which are now gone.

funny and beautiful photo at the same time :) Beautiful autumn, and a bright blue road sign :) I must say that you chose the POV very well! the picture has depth and it looks so tranquil and pleasant for the eyes. Very good composition!
