Frosty morning by Tammerkoski rapid. Building on the left is Theatre of Tampere, the Old Library on the right. Fog rises from the water that at zero degrees is over 30 Celsius degrees warmer than the surrounding air.

Hi Kari,

Now that spring has finally arrived around here, I find pictures like this very refreshing. You have captured the cold in an amazing way here. I start to shiver just when I look at the shot!
Superb light, colours, and composition (I think I might have been tempted to crop some of the bottom but maybe you left it in intentionally).

Amazing light here once again. That day was really great for your camera. :) I just have one "but" in this composition: the dark section in the bottom. I think I would have pushed the compo more to the top to avoid it. The rest is so beautiful...

Hello Kari,
beautiful wintershot with great light and lovely atmosphere. I like the colors and the rising fog over the river. The white trees are beautiful and somehow they remind me of the blooming trees in present season.
