People enjoying winter sunshine by the beacon of Siilinkari on lake Näsijärvi. This beacon, built in 1906, is a nice target for a walk or skate, as seen on my previous upload.

You Finns know how to have fun! It looks cold, but perhaps much warmer than those folks are used to in early March. It's a nice daily life shot, great sharpness and color, you've captured everyone's expressions well, too.

HI Kari, another interesting insight into Finnish daily life. I have never seen people skate on real ice before (only at an ice rink) so this alone is a novelty for me. But the idea of community and the Finnish love of the outdoors is also conveyed here, which is what TE is all about. The shot itself is well-taken, nice and sharp, beautifully saturated and exposed. I know snow can present problems in that area, so well done! Have a great WE, Lisa.

If it wasn't for the snow and the clothing this looks more like a summer picnic. You show how enjoyable cold weather can be with the right attitude. A colourful and fun daily life image.
