The winter is great, isn't it? You got the perfect trees for a photo. I think you execute this well, but was there a chance to get closer? I would like to see more of the church. Still, you've captured the trees nicely and you have created a nice winter atmosphere.

Hello Pentti,

This is a spectacular winter wonderland picture, and it looks like it is numbingly cold. The resolution is super, and so is the depth of field, which is a surprise for an aperture of f/5.6. I wish you a Merry Christmas and a New Year marked by health, happiness and good will.

A lovely Christmas card. The frosty trees are indeed beautiful and very well rendered. The photo also transmits the cold winter day atmosphere in a fine way.

The Nordic winter looking at its very best (but I will soon be getting tired of the coldness). Excellent sharpness with almost every twig of the trees and every snowflake visible.

Nice winter shot with the contrast of red church... I think somehow it got added the bluish tone... if you could 've capture the full tree which is standing at right handside would 've make this pic better... otherwise its really nice pic...
