Kuivasoja brook, Oulu, Finland

This is a picture taken during today's cycling around the countryside ;-)
It was still a bit cold, but the sun, unfrozen water and blue sky tell you that it's nearly spring ;-)
Kuivasoja is a brook connecting Kuivasjärvi lake with Baltic Sea (Botnia Gulf). It begins near Kuivasranta and ends between Karinkanta and Rajahauta (for these who likes details ;-))
Picture was made using standard Pentax objective with circular polarizer attached.

Lovely clear light here. The white trees really shine in the sunlight and the crisp white snow and reflections give a lift to the scene. Lovely shot.

Very pretty scenery with such still water. You're brave cycling in such cold weather. Your pov creates lots of depth and I like the contrasting snow and clouds.
