Photographer’s Note

This riverside is one of my early life places. My grandmother's place is located along this river and I spent my summers there. This place is some 500 kilometers north from Helsinki. The river is called Kalajoki. My parents and grandmother still lives there.

Hi Jarkko,
Very nice picture with so peaceful atmosphere.
The colours of the water is excellent. I can see even a clouds reflections on the surface. Perfect compo whit a grass on the bottom. I have one similar "On the lake", you can see it if you want.
