I definetly don't like the metal construction dividing the view into 2 unequal parts. This photo might serve as the country's national split into a majority and a minority (Estonians and Russians)... However without the construction the picture might look empty and/or less attractive.
The colors of the sky... Well-balanced (to my amateur eye): I like the gold/pearl on the left contrasted to the dark on the right. Now I see that the metal construction goes well with the towers on the horizon. There's one more compositional feature: a gradual transition from modernity to history from the fore- to the background. In the foreground the light part is on the right, in the upper lighter is the keft...
