Emajoe business centre in Tartu was erected in 1998. Named after the Emajogi,Mother river, which divides the city into two.

I enjoy the contrast between the modern industrial looking building and the surrounding area which appears undeveloped. The building reminds me of a candle bringing light into a sombre landscape. I think it would work better for me without the lamp post. Did you include it for a reason?
