Photographer’s Note

The church "Resen kirke" few km from Struer, takne last year in winter clothing.
The rute past this one I often take, and that day, I like the light and the new snow.

Resen church is speciel with the open belfry, that tower was build in 1792.

I can feel the cold air on my skin when I look at this picture. Excellent detail. I like it very much.

Looked at the title, looked at the picture and thought that you guys got the first snow already. Maybe because I had to defrost my car windows this morning. Very crisp picture, beautiful winter atmosphere. I wonder if a wider framing including the top of the tree would have given a nice diagonal composition.

Beautiful winter picture Kaj, the shadow on church roof is wonderful with the snow, very nice composition, the angle for taken is perfectly, everything is calm and placid. I like this.

Nice picture with good sharpness and good colors, I like the branches on the left with their thin coverage of fresh snow... Nice little church as well.

Trees.. I saw the trees first and than the stones on the wall. A beautiful picture Kaj.
Light and snow,a perfect mixture.
The color of the sky increasing the depth. Sharp and a well captured photo, as it's always. Thanks...

Hi Kaj, already snow in Denmark? When I see a picture like this, I wish it was already winter (but just for the pictures). No, I like the warm weather too much, winter can still wait a bit for me. But let's hope that there will be a bit of snow so that we see these great sights again. Great shot, Kaj!

Living here in Singapore the one thing I truly miss about my home country of Canada, is having seasons. I really appreciate photos such as this, because it does remind me of home.
Very crisp shot of this Church in winter, complimented by a beautiful blue sky.

A beautiful winter shot Kaj! The snow on the little wall is well rendered. The church is well framed without any apparent distortion. A good point of view offering an perfect angle on the church.
