Ready for bad weather

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is now late in the afternoon, and the sky is getting darker. But this lookout on the foredeck seems to be well equipped for the rain to come...
The grey round device in the foreground is an old fashioned cabstan, not much used here on Sorlandet to lift the anchors but only to tighten the sheet of the foresail.
A very nice sunday to all.

Hello Emmanuel,
With the wet and slightly tilted deck (set against a perfectly level horizon), this makes a lovely photograph. I particularly light the foul weather shot, the light is much more subdued and the harsh shadows are missing. I feel the vicarious joy of being onboard!
Warm regards,
Bulent

Bonjour Emmanuel,
Good view over the ship to show how it's prepared for the rain, that can be seen coming in the background. Also the tilt of the ship indicates stormy weather. Good inclusion of the person too.
Regards,
Lars
