I had the "bad" habit to take one beer early in the sof weekend. I learned this lesson from a very good friend who explained to me when he offered me a cold bottle as I met him after nearly 16 years, "beer is life, but beer must be enjoyed as first thing in the morning with empty stomach to appreciate the best invention by mankind."
