Photographer’s Note
This picture was taken a while after the picture with the swan family. There was still over 30 minutes until the sunset and I used the waiting time walking around, spotting more motives. It can’t be told by the picture but the water in the lower right corner actually fresh water coming from a little stream.
So why all those poles in the water? Many boat owners use the end of the little stream, as their harbour, mainly be course their boats flat-bottomed and it’s free. I think they need the poles as a landmark and a security to “hit” the right spot and not the stones around.
Picture treatment: Contrast/light unchanged, Colour saturation normal, Cropped and resized.
How about the Sunset I was waiting for!! - I wasen't pleased with it - see for yourself here

Très joli couché de soleil le faite d'avoir caché le soleil derrière les nuages vous a évité de brûler les blanc c'est bien vue.
J'aime le silhouette des bois elles donnent beaucoup de profondeur.
Bravo

Great picture. The colors are amazing and those wooden piles work very well in the foreground. You did a great job waiting for the clouds to cover the sun, resulting in a very dramatic image. Congratulations.

Yes, the sun hidden behind the clouds adds quite some drama to your shot, and I like how far back the fluffy clouds are extending. I also like the dark reflections of the piles in the foreground. A very nicely composed shot, Jeppe. I think this would also work great if you cropped a bit from the sky at the top, resulting in the horizon being moved a bit higher above center.

Wonderful landscape with very interesting descriptive notes. There is a slight tilt CCW and too much sky IMMO but nothing disturbing ..
Congratulations ..

Very nice composition. The wooden piles make a great foreground. Wonderful colors (rather scarce to see a sunset in yellow and blue, red is usually more frequent). Great shot Jeppe !
P.S. : I also like your other sunset, although the composition is more classical.

I love this deep blue, almost metallic finish which gives very sharp shadows. Superb shot with fantastic contrasts.

Every cloud has it's silver lining Jeppe. You have taken this picture well without the usual orange/red colour sunsets.
The colurs are fantastic here. The clouds are so beautiful with the "shy" sun rays. The silhoutte of the poles are effective in this picture for some good reasons or else it will be quite empty.

I like the pilings and their reflections. They are a nice thing to rest my eyes upon before they look toward the beautiful sky in this composition.

Amazing photograph. I really like the reflections of the poles and how they appaear so dark: but what blows me away are the golden clouds. I don't know how to criticize something so pretty.

A fine composition in an excellent colour setting Jeppe. The poles adds fine to the total impression. Great job Jeppe.
