Market day in Odense Photo

Photographer’s Note

Every saturday there is a market at Gråbrødre Torv in Odense. On this day people were busy preparing for the christmas season
Low winter sun and cold hazy air made a beautiful light compelling me to shoot against the sun all the time. The small pocket camera didn't take too well to that, but this one I found good enough to post to TE.
My first street scene, even with people in it! What is happening to me? (at least none of them are looking into the camera ;-)

I like how you took this picture against the sunlight. It creates a gradual mist with high contrast in the foreground that dims more closer to the background. Congrats with your first street photograph! And, did it inspire you to continue with these kind of shots?

Very good. There is atmosphere in this picture. One can feel the chill and the humidity. Perfect shot, congratulations.

A nice street life pic ! The atmosphere is great !
For your first scene with people in it, you've chosen a nice one. And the tight framing brings a lot to the pic imho.
