Photographer’s Note
It is evening at the harbour of Kerteminde, the last glow of the sunset is still visible, and everything is quite - even the fisherman to the right in the picture, who stood almost statuelike for the 20 seconds exposure time...
I have often returned to this place where I as a kid spend several hours trying to catch some codfish without any squinting to the fact that it was caught in a harbour.
This place really smokes of atmosphere.
