Photographer’s Note
Tasiilaq harbour during a piterak.
This photo has been taken during the day while a piterak (catabatic wind) blowing at approximately 90 to 100 km/h (about 60miles/h).
A great outdoor moment!

Dear Frederic,
I didn’t have the chance to see your photos, up to now and I must say I’m speechless!
I don’t know much about the technical aspects of photography, so I’ll just comment what my eyes feast upon! Spectacular pictures, they leave behind a sense of dare towards the planet and its beauties. As for this one, it’s wonderfully “frozen” :-)
And you have visited the countries I wish on day I will visit (strangely enough, being from Greece: sunshine, warmth and all). Keep on traveling and keep on posting!
Have a nice weekend!

Ciao Frederic!
Molto bella questa foto! Hai reso molto bene il carattere del paesaggio, la luce è meravigliosa, bellisime la case che si intravedono sul fondo.
Saluti, Nino.
