There's an odd shadow there in the lower right, but all in all a nice job Ebbe! The colour, the natural framing, the juxtaposition b/w youth and age, all good. Cheers man!
what agreat photo Ebbe!!
from the tumbnail I thought the photographer had puttec his photoshop in the teletuppie mode and pasted all these flags around the image to create a 'nice' frame... but this comes natural i see... glad you didn't let this pass.. well done!
You seem to discover all those tacky small flags decorations, funny how I never notice them even though I walk down Strøget every day. Maybe I just repress the impression. When I was a kid the flag represented something joyous, it was "ours", not the state but everyone. But in the last 10-20 years there has been a gradual takeover of the symbol by right-wing politicians, they are tainting and destroying it, I tend to ignore it now.
But the photo is interesting, especially in the way it shows the darkness creeping in from the right corner. My only niggle might be that there is a little too much in the frame, some of the potential compositions are weakened, but the story is stronger this way.

No, of course you couldn't have! What an eye!
Strong composition, reds all over & in different shapes, light rendering great and amazing sharpness.
Thanks for sharing this little treasure of yours!

A true find, Ebbe, very well spotted indeed. The slightly tacky-looking decoration of Danish flags in the window display, the contrast between the young and the moderately older model, and the fact that both of them wear the national colors - very good. The half-a-bike is good for some balance in the lower area of the frame.

Wow! Love it! :-)) The composition appears almost in B&W with red! Great capture of the moment and all details included fit so perfectly together. Her expression and tired posture contrast so strongly with the dancing beauty, also blond and in red - indeed a very very rare chance to take a pic of. Excellent job, Ebbe!
such a smart compo, Ebbe!
from the thumbnail I thought you decided to add small hearts to the frame and i got absolutely curious to see the image in full. and what a nicer surprise :) You were damn lucky to have this superb color matching and light.
I have to confess one flaw however (and it´s not your fault at all): my self steem does not get any better to know how different real people can be when compared to ad models!
thanks a lot for sharing.

Nice cropping, Ebbe, following the frame of the window. The composition is an excellent triangle with the lady, the poster and the bicycle. And these things are enough to point in a Danish direction. Colors, Magasin bag and the cycle handlebars - so the flags are 'over the top'. I'm trying to figure out what kind of shop it is. Glasses? Perfume? Drugstore? I'm also intrigued by the shadow in the lower right corner. Very well done!

Well Ebbe
This is really a great juxtaposition of old and young, modern and "ancient" the stainless steel with the bicycle, the reds and silver just all make a lovely contrast and picture!

Hi Ebbe, I had already seen this one, but no time to rate. I do like the moment very much, all the red colours, part of the bicycle in the sunligth, the framing of the window, the relaxed pose of the real woman, but especially the similarity in the hair of both women.
Very well seen!

Nice catch Ebbe, thats what I call "carpe diem", in a photografic contest. You was passing by in right moment, and you immortalised it. I also like the composition. Bravo!

Snublede lige over dette skønne billede... Historien og de flotte flag samt de matchende farver på 'kvindernes' tøj er bare helt i top... Herligt syn... godt set... Ina...
