Photographers Note
Miniature of a street in Bergen, Norway. The model is built at Legoland, Denmark.
Miniature town is built entirely of Lego bricks.
LEGOLAND is an amusement park in Denmark.
Legoland in Billund, Denmark, is the largest and the oldest. It is divided in 9 different worlds: Duplo Land, Imagination Zone, LEGOREDO Town, Adventure Land, Miniland, Pirate Land, Lego City, Knights Kingdom and Viking land. The park opened in 1968 and has 1.7 million visitors annually, making it the largest tourist attraction in Denmark outside Copenhagen.
The first Legoland was opened on 7th June 1968. It attracted 625000 visitors the first year. The parks are marketed to young families, and although they have a number of roller coasters, they are not as numerous or as extreme as those in other parks, and there is a greater emphasis on rides suitable for young children.
At present there are four such parks in the world. (Denmark, US, Germany and England)
The parks are split into various areas, which are common between the parks, for example all the parks include a Lego miniland, a model village which includes models of landmarks and scenes from around the world made from millions of genuine Lego bricks. Other common features include a Lego Mindstorms centre (fun-based learning), Duplo Gardens (for smaller children), Driving area (including attractions such as Driving school, Boating school, Ballooning school and Fire Academy), My Town, Wild Woods and Knight's Kingdom.

Hi Janak
Funny picture which shows my hometown Bergen, Norway. It has been represented in Legoland, Denmark for several years now. Great idea. Good colours and good framing. I just finished uploading a picture which shows Bryggen, Bergen with POV right behind the tall ship Statsraad Lehmkuhl, at the corner with the red wooden house. TFS.
Compliments, Erling

Hi Janak,
Very interesting this city in miniature. I visited Madurodam in the Netherlands, which is similar to this. I like the POV, including people in the right superior corner. Very good colors, light and reflections.
Greetings from Brasil

Hello Janak
this is so funny, before reading your note, i thought perhaps this wasn't a real town!
the people on the right, give it a true perspective in realtion to size.
Funny, humourous photo.
well done

Is it Aarhus or is it Bergen? I mean, except for the man at the right, the scene looks as everything were real and not a small reproduction.
You choosed a good PoV that increases the sensation of reality. Even the reflections look like real.
Interesting place too this Legoland, especially these models if they are made with Lego bricks.
