a quiet place Photo

Photographer’s Note

a little cute place near the viking longship i've already shown (previous photos of this place)
for me, this is typicaly danish, as this country has a lot of rural places like this, isolated houses, water, and... a danish flag !
at this moment the light was very good, and this quite common place became interesting IMO

le cadrage que tu as choisi est bien vu avec un bon choix de décentrer le canal et la maison. Jolies couleurs qui rendent bien cette sensation de calme.

Hi Jonathan,
great atmosphere of rural Denmark: the skov, the lake and the red house. I also like the sky. A very beautiful composition.

Olá Jo, I like the POV and composition, but I can't stop imagining how nice it would be to see someone passing on that bridge. However, this seems so quiet that you problably had to be waiting all day... ;-) Good dynamic lines in the composition. The red house is almost inside a donut...

Bonjour Jonathan,

Un endroit paisible et bucolique très bien capté. Une belle compo avec ce petit pont à l'avant-plan qui nous conduit à la découverte de la maison colorée et entourée d'une petite clôture. Comme souvent là-bas, le drapeu danois accroché à un mât dans le jardin. Vraiment agréable et très beau.

Bonjour Jonathan,
J'aime bien cette image qui n'est pas sans rappeler un paysage rencontré en France dans le marais poitevin. Sans ce fier drapeau danois, la confusion était possible. Les couleurs justes et sobres sont très agréables.

This is a very peaceful shot! your composition is fine with the canal leading the eye through the shot with the house placed off center. The trees frame the shot nicely providing a nice lush shot. The lighting and colors are fine with nice sharpness and detail.

Denmark in the summer time, seeing this makes me a little homesick, or maybe it is just the dessert and the 50+ degrees that makes me wish myself away:)
