A sanned oldie from my pre-TE era.
It was a ice-cold and clear day in
early march.I liked the colorful
little houses,very typical for the region.

Hi Hermann,
This is I think a "scanned" not so old but I think you must correct your guidelines that is also no so important for a coment detail that all people don't read. This post is so simple and beautiful in the way also simple to make a great composition with quality and vision in a architecture eye catch and the adition of a person in the near external surrounding. Excelent colors, light and angle enquadrement composition. Very nice work and best to you.

Ik vind dit werkelijk een prachtige gescande foto, zeer scherp en mooi klaar. 1713 als bouwdatum van dit huis de kassei stenen horen daar perfect bij, ja zelfs de oude dame past in dit kader, mooi werkt Hermann!

Things haven't changed - it's still freezing cold here in March :O)

I like this shot from a quiet street in Aabenraa (Åbenrå). It looks so organized. The colours of those old houses (from 1713) are really good. I also like the view of the paving stoned street.

This is an excellent scan. Must have a good quality print and scanner. The picture's pretty good too!. Nice colour, especially from the yellow building, and nice warm light across the frame. Good work. Seems pretty good to me.

Ein schöner "Oldie", Hermann - tolles Licht und gute Perspektive entlang der bunten Häuser in dem sympathisch wirkenden kleinen Ort. Die Person in der rechten Ecke ist eine gute Ergänzung. Ein bisschen schade um den gekappten Giebel des gelben Hauses, aber nichts Dramatisches. Gute Scan-Qualität.

Wie's aussieht, wird morgen meine D200 geliefert - just in time für die Japanreise :)

Hi Hermann, A well composed picture to show a perspective view of the similar type of house in a row. Nice contrast against the clear sky and nice contrast between the different colors of the houses.

Bonjour Hermann,
une vue très colorée de ces paysages et vilages typique du Danemark, un petit dommage que tu ais coupé le pignon de cette maison jaune, un cadrage un peu bas.
Je suis fasciné par la propreté dans les rues et le calme qu'il y règne.
Composition simple mais qui ne manque pas d'intérêt, très dans l'esprit TE.

You did not perform bad before TE, this diagonally positionned perspective of colorful houses is very nice and I like how the person fills well the empty space, framed a tiny bit higher it would have been just excellent. Your scan is very good.

Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais j'imagine un peintre devant son chevalet peignant cette scène. La composition de cette rue pavée bordée de vieilles maisons aux couleurs chaudes, donne l'impression d'une peinture.
Très belle réalisation.

Very Danish village street. Good capture and a nice inclusion of the woman there. Nice perspective and depth by using the diagonal placment of the houses.

Sharp and well defined scene - the buildings seem so real that I feel like I can reach out and touch them! As you say, great colour, and I like the composition too, with the person on the street balancing the photo. Well done!

Hello Hermann. Great colours in both the buildings and the sky. The detail in the bricks and cobbled street gives this picture texture. And good to see a human element too.

A very inviting and alluring shot. The clarity is superb, and the houses are most interesting, with the viewer presented with a myriad of lines and graphics, not to mention diverse hues. The person walking is well positioned and both warms and enhances the shot. I like this one very much. All the best

And yes - the weather seems to be very much like the one we got this March - I like line of houseends you captured with those typically carnaps (at least for this area)
