Baltic and North sea Photo

Photographer’s Note

copy and paste of my note on TL about Skagen that i visited one day and saw a nice sunset which i photographed a lot, but in 0.3 millions pix :(

Skagen... it is in the North, a place with incredible lights, beautiful beaches, dunes, a sympathetic headlight, one goes, one walks, and one arrives at the point, where the waves are facing eachother...
because it is here that the North Sea and the Baltic meet frontally...
this photograph, it is before being able on the sand bank with a sea on each side...
this sunset was memorable!!! already because it was beautiful, but also, the place is splendid, but still, while arriving on the sand bank in question, we saw seals :) and then while setting out again, Baltique side the beautiful russet-red moon rose in less than two minutes...
a whole spectacle!!!
good to make photographs, you can imagine !
yes but... ops !
problem...
I had not paid attention that I was in 0.3 million pixels... too bad...
but the memories are there:)))

Skagen... c'est tout au Nord, un endroit avec des lumières incroyables, de belles plages, des dunes, un phare sympa, on marche, on marche, et on arrive à la pointe, là où les vagues s'entrechoquent... car c'est ici que la Mer du Nord et la Baltique se rencontrent frontalement...
cette photo, c'est avant d'arriver sur le banc de sable avec une mer de chaque côté...
ce coucher de soleil était mémorable !!!
déjà parce que il était beau, mais aussi, l'endroit est magnifique, mais encore, en arrivant sur le banc de sable en question, on a vu des phoques :) et puis en repartant, côté Baltique une belle lune rousse s'est levée en moins de deux minutes...
tout un spectacle !!!
de quoi faire des photos, vous imaginez bien !
oui mais... aïe ! petit soucis technique... j'avais pas fait attention que j'étais en 0.3 millions de pixels... un peu dégouté sur le moment... mais les souvenirs sont là :)))

Je vois que nous avons fréquenté les mêmes lieux au Danemark!!
J'aime beaucoup ces "finistères" et en plus quand deux mers se rencontrent je trouve cela magique. On n'a pas eu le temps de pousser jusqu'au bout de la plage, le bateau nous attendait, mais je garde un très bon souvenir de l'endroit. Avec un coucher de soleil en plus....

What a romantic mood! This photo is like a painting... I like the distant rain and the fine details of the grass-field. (I've been there on a sunny day, and the seashore was also nice, but of course different.)

Salut Jo,
a mon tour de faire un tour sur ta galerie et d'apprécier cette très jolie photo ! superbe ! Il me semble aussi que c'est la première fois que tu mets un cadre, non ? On m'a aussi recommandé d'en mettre et je ne suis pas encore passée à l'acte ...
Donc, ta photo...J'aime beaucoup la compo et notamment ce petit homme noir qui semble regarder ses pieds ... j'aime aussi cette teinte légèrement rosée... ces herbes au premier plan et surtout l'ambiance qui se dégage de ta photo : quelle sérénité ...

I see this as an good oil painting,
and that's mean as a big compliment. A very good composiktion jonathan, a great atmosphere a good balance in this low light shot, well seen and good photojob, have a fine sunday.

Voilà également un joli coin de nature et l'atmphère est très particulière.J'apprécie les personnages sur la ligne entre mer et sable.Le ciel donne un joli cachet à la réalisation.

Pour moi, cette superbe prise de vue évoque une peinture. Les couleurs, l'ambiance, tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour réaliser une très belle toile.

les couleurs de cette photo sont extraordinaires!J'aime beaucoup cette lumière du soir qui donne une ambiance très douce.Il y a une superbe netteté dans les herbes du premier plan,et même si tu étais en 3 millions de pixels,la qualité est très belle,en tout cas sur ce petit format!

The often talk about the very special light they have up at this sandy pit of scandinavia. and I say that you have succeded capture it. the Lyme-Grass is really a plant that gives the landscape a characteristic expression.

Lots of your gallery are like paintings and sure this one retained my attention for the fine pastel colors with this crispy foreground towards the man at te sea in perspective, it makes you really dream this one Jonathan !

A shame with the low resolution, but at least you didn't need to reduce the picture for the upload here:)
Pretty good light, and i like the straws in the foreground, it adds some foreground interest to the picture.
