Photographer’s Note
Tilsandede Kirke, that's the name of the church built around 15th century and the upper part still rises above the sand dunes that buried it as well as the surrounding farms in the late 1700s. The tower in a natural reserve can be seen and it is maintained for the visitors of this beautiful area.
It was nearly 3:30 pm and the sunset was quite near. It is situated just 5 km southern from Skagen. Travelling in winter gives you the opportunity of feeling special emotions in a solitude landscape.

Hi Roser,
the church is an object of special preference and it is very attractive in its surroundings as you present it today. But there is one problem due to the low light: you have overexposed the church. White churches are very difficult to capture. But you have managed to create a very moody atmosphere of that winter landscape that I like quite a lot. TFS!
Warm regards

Bonjour Roser
La fameuse eglise ensablée de Skagen, un endroit fantastique avec une nature sauvage très belle et tu as su trouver une composition interessante pour mettre en valeur cette belle église, bravo à toi!
Amicalement
Eric
