Photographer’s Note
I just took this about an hour ago, i was going to call it "Kill yourselfish", which would have been a referance to a Danish rock band, but also the fact that the bridge this photo was taken from is a rather popular place to commit suicide, but I went with static instead.... Because it's less "blue" and because I think the light makes the trains look like they are moving at high speed, when they are really just parked for the night.
In the background you see a greenish tower, that's city hall also parked and lit for the night..
I didn't have a tripod with me so I just held the camera as steady as I could, put it on the auto setting for night and oversharpened the image.

Hej Line,
Fedt billede med alle de der tog ved siden af hinanden. Jeg kan også med godt lide det smukke lys her samt rådhustårnet i baggrunden! :-D

Hi Line,
Nice train composition. Wonderful color manage. The DOF is great and the trains all lined up gives a very nice graphical aspect.
Well done

Wonderful to see your work on the board again Line! I like this a great deal, both for the artificial light bathing the scene in gold and the lines of railroad cars disappearing into the distance, seemingly without end. I love how the light glistens on the steel of the cars, as well as the light coming from inside one of the cars in the foreground that appears to be lighting the adjacent railroad tracks and ties. Many interesting elements here. Your new camera is definitely a step above from your old work horse, with fine clarity. Your fine eye is at work here Line. I'm especially fond of the FRAME, of course, but I'll take your photos with or without... ;-) Keep em coming!

Hello Line, always a pleasure to see your name around here. Love the light in this photograph and the high contrast between the yellow, tungsten like, source of light with the dark of the night in the background. The lines pull our eye into the frame. Very nice and moody.

Hello Line, it's a pleasure to open your 'favorites' folder and seeing your name!
A sort of exciting light you got here, with a lot of depth because of all those long trains and tracks taking you into the picture. I love those few powerlines going crossway over the trains, bit what i Like best is the light along the powerline towers on the left, and the light coming out of the window of the train, and then shining it's light on the stones and the tracks to the right. Nice, I love trains.

Hi Line
interesting ... very interesting picture ... I like the fact that there seems to be so much empty space beyond these parked trains .. as if showing the end of the world beyond these trains
i am not sure what some of the the bright dots high up in the sky are .. I do like the industrial feel of this image ... and hand held the camer for one second ... wow ... awesome results you have shown here
congrats and tfs ..

Hej Line,
Jeg ved helt nøjagtig hvor det her sted ligger. Jeg har også mange gange tænkt på at fotografere udsigten fra broen her, men det blev aldrig til noget.
Billedet er rigtigt godt og har en meget flot atmosfære.

Hi Line, I hadn't noticed your return. Posting shots of Denmark now, does that mean you're back for good? I like this shot, an excellent example of the genre. I recall a couple similar last year, good choice of format.

Me again:)
This is a very nice one for example!
Did you see the gold on the tracks right on the bottom of the picture for example? Good work with your tripodlike arms here! Where do the lights in the sky come from? A bumpy flying plane? Don't think so...
Well done,
Andreas

Hiya Line, great lighting and reflected light, the carriages create nice curved lines into the distance, great composition, golden capture!
