Hello everyone

A picture of the facade of the stadium in Aarhus

After expanding the stadium in 2001, there is now seating for 20,032 spectators. This is a modern stadium, and the ground is heated, so even the first games of the season can be played, no matter how the weather is. The stadium is the center for football in Århus. AGF plays all its home matches on Atletion.

On May 27, 2006, the Danish national football team played a friendly match against Paraguay. This was the first game of the national team that is not played at Parken in Copenhagen since 1992.

The park has hosted concerts by many famous artists including Cliff Richard, Elton John, Depeche Mode and George Michael, among others.

Beautifully composed Eric - simple, clean and effective. The white stripe at the top is key in holding it all together. Well seen & well presented.

Imponerende få elementer som virker veldig fint sammen. Det ser ut som en typisk dansk gård, så det er en flott og nasjonalistisk fasade på en stadion. Gleder meg til Norge knuser Danmark i mars...

On déguste tes images au compte-gouttes mais c'est toujours avec un très grand plaisir. Le cadrage de ce bicolore est parfait avec un choix idéal de cadre. Une photo comme j'aime essayer d'en réaliser parfois ....avec plus ou moins de bonheur!

beautiful, what else can i say but simple beautiful.
we can see and almost feel the textured stucco on the wall. and the V patterns above make for a superb contrast to the squares below.

Je vais me répéter, mais je suis toujours enthousiasmé par la simplicité déconcertante des tes compositions et celle-ci n'échappe pas à la règle ! Cadrage aux petits oignons, couleurs éclatantes, graphisme superbe, netteté parfaite, du grand art ! Je n'aurais pas deviné sans ta note qu'il s'agissait d'un stade ...

I missed quite a few stunning pictures from you while I was away... this one strikes me for its rigorous composition and its perfect symmetry - even more stunning if you didn't apply any tilt adjustment and this is how your camera/lens framed it originally...
usually stadiums are temples of supreme ugliness - this Danish specimen however seems to be quite the contrary :)
