Photographer’s Note
A photo from Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, pop. 16000. Its not a especially good photo, but somehow it apeals to me and describes a "modern" Artic mood/spirit.
I did a little noise reduction, as suggested of more members. I used PS 7.0 and NeatImage.
