Photographer’s Note
Street in little capital of Faroe Islands, Thorshavn. The town itself is very small, with population of about 25000 people. The parlament of the country is a little wooden building which reminds the buildings seen in old western movies.
We were there for national celebration, when people from all over the country came to celebrate the authonomy.
Thanks to the heavy fog the ambient of the town will stay in my mind for long time. We felt like transfered in time good 100 years.

This is a lovely picture of Torshavn. You've really manage to portray the sentiments in your note. This picture feels like it was taken a long time ago, or is part of a museum. I like the red, and I'm glad you didn't B&W it to add to the old fashioned theme. Well done.
Sincerely,
Kate
