Photographer’s Note
In between some of the Copenhagen suburbs a large stretch of bog/swamp (sorry I'm not sure of the english word for "mose") has been preserved as a nature reserve.
The low winter-sun (this is noon) backlighting the reeds and the cresent-shaped stretch of water caught my eye as I rode by on my bike in some other business.

I like the near-monochrome nature of this. The variations in the surface of the water and the lighting on the reeds on the opposite bank are very attractive.

Quel beau contraste et quelle jolie harmonie. L'image est reposante et l'angle de capture est bien choisi. Une belle réussite Bravo.

Torben, du er helt fantastisk til at lege med det typiske skandinaviske vinterlys. En fornoejelse at se.
The light is so weak, the picture almost look bw - and then you discover the blue, and get pulled in. Lovely.

All those thiny and still very sharp silhouettes, nice diagonal composition, it pleases the eyes very much...
I like it! Well done Torben.

Very nice shot, Torben. I like the almost monchrome, keeping only some blue spots of water and brown weed. I like your framing, too. A very moody photo.

You should often ride your bike there, Torben, and let us see.
The diagonal composition is perfect.
Very well seen.
