Photographer’s Note

Rømø which is roughly 130 km2 is the 10th largest island in Denmark. Created by the sea, this pearl of an island in the Wadden Sea has been formed by the wind, the changing weather and the sea. With so many kilometres of beaches, is like a magnet both in the summer and the winter.

The picture: chain of a fishing boat in Havneby harbour, south Rømø.
