Photographer’s Note
Picture from the area in Lolland, where I grew up. Lolland is a completely flat island, dominated by fields, where mainly corn and sugarbeads are cultivated.
While the topography of the island is a bit monotonous, the colours change a lot throughout the year, which is one of the things, I like the most about the place.
The picture is from mid-August, and the cornfields have recently been reaped. This period is usually characterized by sunshine, interrupted by short, heavy rainfalls.
After taking some pictures of the fields, we had to hurry 4 km. home on the bikes, before the clouds released its rain.

This is definitely Lolland. One has to love a place for it is, and despite the flat, Lolland is still very pretty. This is a very nice picture of the colors of the place. Well done.
