Photographer’s Note

This the Door Handle to Roskilde Museum.
Started in 1929, the Museum is Housed in an Old Building which was formally a Sugar Mill.
Based on imported Sugar Cane from the Danish Virgin Islands, now sold to the USA.
I have know idea why the doors a painted in these colours, but they are very eye catching.

You have made an interesting graphical composition out of this detail of an old door. I like the contrasting colour tones and the textures in the well worn wood and metalwork.
