Hello Mike,
A good capture of this comely lady, whatever will they think of next? She must have some confidence to go stand in the window dressed like that for 15 minutes! In other cites, some completely different construction could be put on it:-) And now, she's found fame on the internet or as my 85 year-old Mother-in-Law says the hinternet! Well seen.

You caught a queer situation, she does not seem embarrassed to be there!
I like the hidden dummy without a head which seems to be the woman's reflection.
You should have removed the left white uninterresting to get a suatre format.

Hi Micheal,
An unusual situation, I must say, slightly bizarre but made me smile. I reckon B&W and a little contrast would have some impact on this too.
