Photographer’s Note
Today in Denmark, it is Election Day for the European Parliament, and a Referendum giving Equal Rights to the Royal Family, though this will first be implemented in Eighty years time.
The Political parties are hoping for a 50% turn out of voters, if they are lucky.

Hello Mike,
Voting day here too. What will equal rights for the Royal Family mean? A very apt daily life image with a nice splash of red.

Hi Michael,
We have elections for EP also here in Portugal today.
That referendum in Danmark is a little odd, since we would expect that a modern Danish constitution would grant already equal rights for every person (every gender), regardless of royal blood or not. In any case, I'd expect such change in constitution by normal vote in parliament, because it's a plain human rights issue, not needing a referendum.
Well, the politicians all over Europe are a little complicated. That's way here in Portugal the last time for European Parliament the turn out was some 40%; today it seems it would be even less.
Greetings,
Francisco
