St Alban's is the only Anglican church in Denmark known locally as "The English Church".
This late Victorian Gothic Revival church is situated in the park by Copenhagen's famous harbour.
The present church was built close to the heart of Copenhagen in 1885 and was consecrated in 1887, just a stone's throw from the the royal palace and the little mermaid.
The Church was named after Saint Alban, the first martyr of England, murdered on the 22nd of June in the year 303 A.D. and buried in Ely in Cambridgeshire in eastern England.
Detailed information about the church - on the church's website.

Привет Елена.
Мне нравятся фотографии с церквями. Особенно это фото. Деревья около дороги так интересно наклонились чтобы специально открыть для нас вид всего здания церкви.
Успехов

Hello Elena,
I like your composition of this delightful church and adoring tree! Well, the tree seems to be leaning back to get a better view of the chuch!
Good focus to capture the interesting details.
Although the cars seem incongruous to the scene, they do add a splash of colour which I feel is beneficial.
Kind regards,
Bev :-)
Have a good w/e.

Hi, Yelena,

Hello Elena,
You have the eye for eye-catching compositions. Also here the big tree, the street shown in a good perspective and the church itself are well balanced. Good naturally pale winter light and colours. Thanks for sharing!

The images in this shot really look quite powerful. The church is massive and that tree really stands out. Overall you have a very even composition here...incorporating the cars made sense here in my opinion since it provides a bit of a counterbalance to the other elements in the shot.

Priviet Elena,
Personally I don't like cars too near so beautiful objects. This disturbs to me proper the perception. I know, that I have almost impossible expectations, but I would like, that so it be. It's strange, but here it not disturb me. The picture is really nice, wide and beautifully inside arranged. The church is most beautiful, and oblique trees introduced a lot useful dynamicses.

Elena,
Your composition is outstanding here using nice balance. The tree forms a nice center focus for the shot. Too bad the cars were in the way, but that's life!
The lighting and colors are great with excellent sharpness and detail.
Have a great weekend!

Hello Elena,
This is a VERY attractive picture. And just for once I think the parked cars make an important contribution to the composition. There's a very good balance between the cars and the church on each side of the majestic leaning tree, which really is the star of the show.
Best wishes,
Gert

dear Elena,
you captured not only this church but also whole view there with surrounding atmosphere so well.
in this scene we can see some interesting contrasts and combinations.
as your title, the sharp tower like steeple and the round dead tree like crown, this contrast also includes human construction and natural tree.
an old church building and new cars, also old tasteful colors of the wall and new vivid colors of cars. this cars look like jewelry of the crown.
color contrasts, bright blue sky and dark objects on the ground, blue and red, light and silhouette.
and my most favorite thing is the dry elements and the wet air and earth.
the photo is not objective record but the record of our total feeling for whole air that includes some subjects at the place and at the time.
your original capturing of famous building is precious.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hi, Elena.
A picture permeated by calmness and serenity, that's where its strenght lies. There's nothing to get overly excited about, but it's a view that grows on you the more you look at it. Great lighting and a lovely, subdued atmosphere. TFS! Have a nice weekend, I'll be seeing you.

Hi Elena,
I am really late on this upload, everything has already been said... I agree with all the other that the tree is dominating this picture in a very creative way! I found out a long time ago that when a psychologist, in a testing situation, asks you to draw a tree on a piece of paper, you shall make it big and let it fill out the whole area. This will show big thought (or something like that). You have done that here! But the steeple is very sharp and thin and place at the edge of the pictute... Maybe not so good... Well, analyse that!
Kind regards
Gunnar

Hi Elena!
Your compositional decision of shot with trees and cars gives nearness to life for severe view of Anglican church. I like evening light and colours of sky on this shot. It gives additional romanticism to all composition.
Best regards.

Not only the church is really fine and remarcable with its high and thin belltower that points to the sky, beside that you have that marvellous tree that fills the whole right part of the sky in a kind of diagonal. (It had to be a very cold morning, I can see the frost in the sidewalk).
I don't understand the title.
