Photographer’s Note
I spotted this house in Gammel Torv near Danske Bank. This part of the houses and the little square was totally in the cold shade.
Suddenly, when passing by and coming closer, I saw these bright reflections of the opposite buildings.
Just for a good mood :)
------------------------------------------
Gammel Torv, the Old Square, is just as the name says the oldest square in Copenhagen. Already in 1100 it was a marketplace where farmers sold their products. The name Gammel Torv dates back to the 15th century.

Привет Елена.
Хороший комментарий к фото.Действительно фотография выглядит по зимнему (мало ярких красок ) но вот это удивительное отражение !!! Кажется что там за окнами другое время года. Класс !

Privet Elena,
Nice street scene with lots of bicycles and nice reflection. This orange color in windows breaks the cold atmosphere..I like it.
Have a nice week!

Hej Elena,
Much warmer colours here than in your previous upload! A fine street scene, at both sides of the street! All the bicycles are an extra bonus.

Hello Elena
Quite a different photo with the orange reflections on the '7 eleven' store. I am confused by the time of the day but I guess with the short daylight hours it is all much the same. The bikes are an extra feature and I am intrigued by the one on the 3rd to the left with the small front wheel. A nice empty street scene. Tfs, Marlene

Hello Elena,
You captured the moment perfectly. Very well seen.
I like your choice of title ('double glazing' also springs to mind) and the contrasting colours of architecture - grey on one side, red on the other.
A very interesting doorway with the sculptures holding up the wall - which might make a great photo on its own.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hola Elena,
Original view, good reflections and pleasant colors, you have captured an element very characteristic of the Scandinavian countries, that are the bicycles the great number!

Hello Elena,
An interesting blend of warm and cold, light and dark parts. I guess the bicycles would make this picture qualify as "typical" of Copenhagen. At least bicycles used to be a trademark of the Danish capital.
Best regards,
Gert

Hi Elena.
Wauuv! What an excellent shot full of contrast!
The composition is so clever thought - not the things in the picture but their appearance and combination.
Very well, indeed...

A great fine effect this golden light in the windows that contrasts with the grey building. I like also those bicicles parked there and that door at the right which seems a pub door.
All the best,
Donato

dear Elena,
the most interesting point in this shot is the "warp" reflection of the opposite building on the glass window there.
it directly reminds me of the deformation paintings of Cubism or Fauvism,
the warp deformation shows viewers the essence of the object more than real images.
in this situation, the light is reflected twice(opposite building and this window), and makes lighted image in and on this dark window.
then as the result, these "filters" enhance the warped shining of the human construction.
of course this warp is the metaphor of our sensations or spirits, there is no real objective image itself, but actually warped recognition by our way to recognize, and those recognition include lots of prejudice and dogmatism...
anyway, I can find beautiful warped space like in Cubism works.
thank you,
Akihisa

Hi Elena,
I like how you see the light through these window. Not easy to have the exposure captured perfectly and you did a very good job in framing this one beautifully. TFS and I like it.

Hello Elena.... a photo that has called me
very much the attention for as you play with
the light and the colors, has been
a good idea to capture the reflexes
of the building of enfrente illuminated
by the sun, the bicycles they give
a touch of normality to the photo,
a pity that there is no any person
happening in this moment.
A greeting dear friend and that you have on a happy Sunday.

Hello Elena,
A very well seen and wonderfully produced view with good quality. Of course the reflections are here the eye-catchers, but the bicycles are nice details too. Good work!
