Photographer’s Note

Last weekend was I looking for signs of spring and spotted a group of aged bikes (at my own age ;-) showing their beloved Honda Goldwing - at a town square in Svendborg

The most “extreme” vehicle consisted of bottle holder (with champagne) – a side car and a camper trailer.

Lots of people enjoyed the view – and watched the correct dressed bikers

Nicely seen and realised repetition. Strange that even the car looks in place in the row, but then I suppose a goldwing more like a two wheeled car than a motorbike.

A well-seen repetitive pattern provided by the bikes, Jeppe. Besides the graphical appeal resulting from it, the offbeat details like the champagne bottle holder give it quite a bit of interest. Also some nice reflections included off the shiny and polished parts. Good capture.

Hi Jeppe, A nice shot of the well lined up motorcycles. Good perspective view and well capture of the bright colors. Thanks for the extra photos in WS for different angles of the views to this event.

Hi Jeppe. Over here in America that would be a line of Harley's. You know over by me there's biker bar where I should go sometime and try and get some pictures. But they are a surly bunch and might try and take my camera, lol! I love the details in this one Jeppe!

Superb symmetry in this well composed shot. I like the framing and cropping. The lighting is well handled, as the glare from the closest bike threatened to disrupt the scene, but is well under control. The reflections in two of the hubcaps enhances. Very well captured, Jeppe.
